PROJECT TYPE:   New two story, 13,000sf corporate office building for stream video and resilient streaming platform services. Includes private and open offices, break and game room, small and large conference rooms. 

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:   The orientation of the building took advantage of extensive groves of mature trees and a retention creek that borders two sides of the building. The owner’s desire is to provide large open office spaces to promote interaction among the employees. With cost considerations in mind the building was designed around a pre-engineered frame.
