PROJECT TYPE:   Interior and exterior renovation of an existing 18,500 sf warehouse building     

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:   Interior and exterior renovation and conversion of an existing warehouse soccer facility into a medical office building. Program includes a large check-in and waiting area, large interior courtyard, exam rooms, doctor’s consultation offices, private offices, imaging facilities, labs and break room. Exterior enhancements include the addition of glass at the entry waiting area and offices, accent materials at exterior walls, resurfacing of existing tilt-wall panels.
