PROJECT TYPE:   Interior renovation of an existing 18,000 sf office/ warehouse and enhancements to the building facade.  

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:   Redesign of an existing interior single story office into a two story 13,700 sf corporate office building. Program Includes large entry, reception and waiting area, private offices, open office areas, break rooms, meeting rooms and large 100 person training facility. Exterior enhancements include enlarged main entrance, addition of stone veneer accents, addition of exterior windows and resurfacing of the existing tilt-wall panels.
